Niello head ornament from the central Anti-Atlas, Morocco.
The second pendant from the left is an older pendant, enamelled rather than nielloed. Maybe the original one was broken or lost and was replaced by another existing example. This older pendant also has a gemstone inset instead of the usual glass.
