Tourist Voucher - Tourist invitation to Spain

Getting this visa is easy. We will prepare for you a complete package of documents to obtain a visa to Spain (tourist voucher - invitation). With this invitation, you can apply for a tourist visa at the Spanish Embassy. A tourist visa can be single or double entry.
Procedure for obtaining a tourist visa to Spain:
• You send us all the necessary information about your trip;
• We verify the information received and give you permission, after which you can make payment;
• 20 minutes after confirmation of payment, we send you a scanned copy of the documents; you check it and give us permission to send you the originals by courier;
• Documents will be delivered to your home or work address (*we do not send directly to the embassy);
• After you receive an invitation from us and before applying for a visa at the Embassy, you need to make an appointment at the Embassy and select a date convenient for you (appointment)

To start preparing documents for a tourist visa from you, we need:
• A scanned copy of the tourist’s passport or information from the passport;
• Travel dates (from ... to ...) up to 30 days;
• The country where you will apply to the Spanish Embassy for a visa;
• Hotel name (write only if you have already made a reservation);
• Host city in Spain (Barcelona, etc.);

There is no other procedure for obtaining a visa to Spain. If there is no Spanish embassy or consulate in the country of permanent residence, then the visa is issued at the Spanish Embassy in the country in whose service area this country is located. It is also possible for a foreigner and stateless person to submit documents for a visa in the country where they have a long-term visa or residence (a short-term visa does not give the right to apply to the embassy to obtain a visa).

A tourist visa is a short-term visa that is issued on the basis of an invitation from a Spanish tour operator confirming the tourist nature of the trip. According to the current legislation, a tourist visa can be issued for a period of up to 30 days and can be single, double or multiple. As a rule, a tourist visa is issued for a period of up to 1 month - single entry.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that in Spain there is a concept of a host party: during the period of a foreigner’s stay in Spain, the host party bears full responsibility for him. For a tourist visa, the Spanish tour operator will be responsible to the extent that it has a bank guarantee. And at the request of law enforcement agencies, these funds can be used to reimburse expenses incurred in connection with the stay, maintenance and return of a foreigner to the country of birth. Therefore, documents issued by a foreign travel company cannot be the basis for issuing a visa and passing border control.
A tourist package entitled to obtain a visa can only be issued by a Spanish tour operator. Travel agents can only act as intermediaries in the sale of travel operator services, therefore, a simplified work procedure is provided for the work of travel agents (no need for licensing, obtaining a bank guarantee, etc.)
Also, according to Spanish legislation, subjects of tourism activities can be tour operators and travel agents who sell tour operator services. All other companies and individuals act as entities that sell related tourism services. Thus, having only a hotel reservation cannot serve as a basis for opening a visa for the purpose of tourism and crossing border control, since the hotel is responsible to the tourist only within the framework of the client’s accommodation (it is not responsible for the tourist, for example, if the client remains illegally in Spain) . Reservation will be an additional condition for obtaining a visa complete with other basic documents.

Yacht ferry: what they are, how to participate and prepare properly

A yacht ferry is a great opportunity to gain more experience and hone your boat handling skills, spend a week at sea and have time to think over all your thoughts, and, of course, record the miles traveled in a logbook. We tell you about what they are and who needs them, and also share stories of ferry participants.

A yacht ferry is the delivery of a boat from point A to point B, and, as a rule, in the shortest possible time. This format usually involves a long stay in the open sea without calling at a port. Of course, if time and format allow, the ferry participants periodically go ashore to replenish food and fuel supplies.

When ferrymen are needed

1 New boat. When a new owner buys a boat far from its permanent location, and he himself does not have the opportunity, experience, time or desire to transport it, they hire a professional who will deliver the boat to the desired point for money.

2 Seasonal migrations. At the end of the season, yachts of the charter fleet are transferred to a winter mooring site or to warmer climes, for example, from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean across the Atlantic.

The logbook is a personal book in which the yachtsman notes the time, place, sailing conditions and miles traveled. It will confirm your yachting experience - primarily for charter companies or associations that issue licenses of different categories.

Skill in making difficult decisions. Due to changes in weather conditions, you will have to change the route and sail settings of the yacht in order to arrive at the desired point on time (or at least not be too late).

What life on a yacht consists of before and during the passage

Planning expenses (supply of food, water, fuel). Before leaving, the team or captain estimates how long the passage will take, how often they will have to motor, go under sail, and based on these inputs, makes a decision on the amount of food, fuel and water on board.

Checking the systems and key components of the yacht. The captain or responsible person checks whether everything is working properly, whether repairs and additional spare parts are required. There is no one to expect help from at sea, so everything must be planned in advance.

Downloading the necessary maps to the chart plotter. If necessary, the maps are downloaded to the application on the phone or tablet and paper maps are purchased.

Purchasing everything necessary. Food, fuel, consumables, tools, paper maps.

Distribution by roles. The captain determines who will be the first mate (optional), and the crew distributes the watch schedule, cooking and cleaning. Usually, four-hour watches are assigned for long passages - four hours awake, four hours asleep. There are two people on watch - one monitors the situation, instruments or steers (if the yacht does not have an autopilot), the second is on standby - makes coffee, makes tea, helps or wakes up the rest of the team in case of a sailing emergency. If the number of people on board allows, the captain may not stand watch, helping only in particularly difficult moments or engaged in route planning, planning or repairs.

Passage. The watchman monitors the surrounding environment, yacht systems, weather. The captain makes strategic decisions, plots the route on a paper chart (optional), records information in the ship's log, repairs what is broken (or delegates it to the watchman if the repair is simple)

Яхтенный перегон — это отличная возможность получить больше опыта и отточить навыки управления лодкой, провести неделю в море и успеть передумать все свои мысли, а еще, конечно, зафиксировать пройденные мили в логбуке. Рассказываем о том, какие они бывают и кому нужны, а также делимся историями участников перегонов.

Перегон яхты — это доставка лодки из пункта А в пункт Б, причем, как правило, в кратчайшие сроки. Такой формат обычно предполагает длительное пребывание в открытом море без заходов в порт. Конечно, если время и формат позволяют, то участники перегона периодически выходят на берег для пополнения запасов еды и топлива.

Когда требуются перегонщики

1 Новая лодка. Когда новый владелец покупает лодку вдали от места ее постоянной дислокации, а у него самого нет возможности, опыта, времени или желания заниматься ее транспортировкой, нанимают профессионала, за деньги доставляющего лодку в нужную точку.

2 Сезонные миграции. По окончании сезона яхты чартерного флота перегоняют к месту зимней стоянки или в более теплые края, например из Средиземки на Карибы через Атлантику.

3 Тренировочные перегоны. В обычных условиях на яхтах чаще всего ходят на небольшие расстояния и вблизи берегов, поэтому для нарабатывания офшорного опыта яхтсмены договариваются и совершают многодневные автономные плавания.

Что даст перегон

Перегон — это не только приключение, но и ценный опыт, который не раз пригодится каждому капитану в его яхтенной жизни.

Навыки планирования. При длинных переходах нужно заранее продумать маршрут в зависимости от ветровых условий и погоды, грамотно рассчитать расход воды, еды и топлива.

Офшорный опыт. Перегоны, как правило, осуществляются вдали от берегов и на большие расстояния. Во время чартеров вы вряд ли сможете испытать на себе всю прелесть преодоления 100 миль и больше по открытой воде.

Из чего состоит жизнь на яхте до и во время перегона


Планирование трат (запас еды, воды, топлива). Команда или капитан до выхода прикидывает, сколько времени займет переход, как часто придется моторить, идти под парусом, и на основании этих вводных принимает решение о количестве продуктов, топлива и воды на борту.


Проверка систем и ключевых узлов яхты. Капитан или ответственный человек проверяет, все ли работает должным образом, не требуется ли ремонт и дополнительные запчасти. В море помощи ждать неоткуда, поэтому все нужно предусмотреть заранее.

Загрузка необходимых карт в картплоттер. При необходимости карты загружаются в приложение на телефоне или планшете и покупаются бумажные карты.

Закупка всего необходимого. Продукты, топливо, расходники, инструменты, бумажные карты.


Распределение по ролям. Капитан определяет, кто будет старпомом (опционально), и команда распределяет график вахт, готовки и уборок. Обычно на долгие переходы назначаются четырехчасовые вахты — четыре часа бодрствуешь, четыре часа спишь. На вахте стоят по двое — один следит за обстановкой, приборами или рулит (если на яхте нет авторулевого), второй на подхвате — варит кофе, готовит чай, помогает или поднимает остальную команду в случае парусного аврала. Если количество человек на борту позволяет, капитан может не стоять на вахте, помогая только в особо сложные моменты или занимаясь прокладкой маршрута, планированием или ремонтом.

Перегон. Вахтенный следит за окружающей обстановкой, системами яхты, погодой. Капитан принимает стратегические решения, ведет прокладку на бумажной карте (опционально), записывает информацию в судовой журнал, ремонтирует то, что поломалось (или перепоручает подвахтенному, если ремонт несложный)
