About us:
Off the Groove provides custom design, high-quality, innovative, and unique tours for club, high school and university students and teams as well as corporate and all other types of groups worldwide, entwining local culture with superior sport, cuisine and health and body services.
In this role, you will:
• Inspire coaches, organizations, and corporations to travel internationally with their athletes, members and employees to experience sport, culture and team building with Off the Groove
• Work with similarly-minded energetic, driven & intelligent colleagues in a casual & collaborative work environment
• Develop strong ongoing relationships with contacts via phone and email, responding to inquiries promptly
• Achieve sales goals through the creation and ex*****on of a strategic plan for the sales and marketing of our products and referrals
• Work from anywhere, control your own work schedule and salary, with the opportunity to excel in a position that is entirely commission based
• Enjoy great benefits, including travel opportunities

About you:
We are looking for hard workers with a true passion for sport and travel, who believe in our product and have an insatiable desire to succeed.

Desired Qualifications:
• Confident, positive attitude, strong motivation, and self-discipline
• Great interviewer and performer and have an immense desire to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 2+ years of previous, relevant, and successful sales experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US and hold a valid driver’s license
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Passion for sport, language and culture
• Strong knowledge of our main destinations (Spain and Portugal)
• Preferably bilingual (preferred Spanish and/or Portuguese)
