For short and long stays in a sunny, clean and quiet Apartment of 30 sqmts. in the first flat.
15 meters next to the Barceloneta Beach.
The bedrooms are fully equipped with wide single or twin beds, cupboard, nigh t-table, drower, a chair and a big big mirror. Linen and towels are provided.
Sitting room
bathroom: BIG BIG One with tub, basin, & WC.
Kitchen fully equipped: gas stove, e lectric oven, micro-wave, big refrigerator, kettle coffee-maker, toaster, juice-fruit maker, cuttery, cooking utensils, tableware etc.
Laundry room with washing-machine & iron.
WI-FI Internet Connection.

A set of keys of the apartment and main door are supplied for independency and privacy.
Located in the center of Barceloneta area and excellent public transportation at two steps: Bus lines. Metro Station “BARCELONETA” L-4 & Train Francia. At literally 10 min. walk to Pl. Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

Do you like a quiet and sunny place in front of the beach? you will feel very confortable and ease. Clean and recently painted.
Couples are welcome, 3, or 4, even 5 !
I am sorry but no pets are admitted.
