🎥 Codorníu — the heart of Catalan Cava 🍾

Codorníu is not just a winery. It is one of the oldest winemaking dynasties in Spain, with a history that goes back to 1551. Here, in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the tradition of producing Spanish Cava — sparkling wine known all over the world — was born.

🍇 Fun fact: in 1872, Codorníu produced the very first Cava using the traditional Champagne method (second fermentation inside the bottle). From that moment, Catalonia became the “capital of Cava.”

🏛️ The Codorníu wine cellars are not only about wine — they are also a masterpiece of Catalan Modernism. They were designed by the famous architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch, a disciple of Gaudí. In 1976, the building was declared a National Monument of Spain.

✨ Today, visitors from all over the world come here to taste Cava in the historic cellars and experience more than 500 years of history.

✨ Welcome to Sa Tuna — one of the most picturesque corners of Costa Brava! 🌊

A cozy bay with white houses right by the water, narrow streets, and the atmosphere of an authentic fishing village. No tourist crowds here — just the sea, fresh seafood, and tranquility. 🏖️

I offer a private trip to Sa Tuna in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz V-Class 🚐 (up to 6 people). On the way, we’ll stop at the most beautiful spots of Costa Brava, and once there, you can enjoy the beach, stroll through the old streets, and have dinner with a sea view.

📍 Perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends.

✨ Girona — a city where history comes alive ✨

Just an hour’s drive from Barcelona — and you find yourself in an open-air museum. Girona holds more than two thousand years of history: from ancient Roman walls to narrow medieval streets where it feels like time has stopped.

🏰 Powerful fortress walls, the majestic Cathedral with the widest Gothic nave in the world, bridges over the Onyar River, and the famous Jewish Quarter with its labyrinth of streets — all this makes Girona truly unique.

🌸 In spring, the city transforms during the Flower Festival, turning into a fairy tale. But in every season, Girona enchants with its atmosphere and charm.

No wonder filmmakers and travelers fall in love with it — walking through its streets, you can feel the breath of centuries and the beauty of Catalonia in its full splendor.

🌿✨ Barcelona’s Parks — where the city breathes freely ✨🌿

Barcelona is not only about busy streets, Gaudí, and beaches. It’s also full of beautiful parks where you can hide from the sun, enjoy the shade, and feel peace all around.

One of these gems is the Parc del Laberint d’Horta.
This is the oldest garden in the city, created back in the 18th century. Here you’ll find:
🌳 quiet alleys and centuries-old trees
🌹 flowerbeds and fountains
🌀 a real green labyrinth, fun for both kids and adults
🎭 a romantic atmosphere — once upon a time, theatrical plays were performed here

Unlike Park Güell or Ciutadella, this park is much less crowded with tourists. That’s why it’s the perfect place to walk around calmly and feel the true spirit of old Barcelona.

📍 Located in the Horta district, a bit away from the center. But it’s worth the trip — for the quiet, the beauty, and the special mood.

✨ Today I discovered one of the most impressive places in Catalonia — the Devil’s Bridge near Tarragona.

This Roman aqueduct was built almost 2,000 years ago to supply the ancient city of Tarraco with water. Its height is about 27 meters, and the preserved section stretches for 217 meters. Can you imagine such engineering back then?

But this aqueduct also has its own legend. 🌙
They say the construction was so difficult that people couldn’t finish it. Then the devil appeared and offered a deal: he would build the bridge in one night, but in return, he would take the soul of the first one to cross it. When the aqueduct was ready, the locals were clever — they sent a rooster 🐓 across it first. So instead of a human soul, the devil got a bird’s.

📍 The Devil’s Bridge is not only a part of Roman history but also a wonderful place for a walk in nature. I highly recommend visiting it if you’re ever in Catalonia.

🏰 Casa de les Punxes — a castle in the heart of Barcelona

Walking along Avinguda Diagonal, it’s impossible not to stop in front of this extraordinary building. It looks like a fairytale castle with sharp towers, but in fact, it is a residential house from the early 20th century, designed by the architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch.

The “House of Spikes” has become a symbol of Catalan Modernisme and holds many legends and stories. It’s one of those places in Barcelona where the past and imagination blend perfectly with architecture.

📍 Address: Avinguda Diagonal, 420
✨ Make sure to stop by if you’re exploring the Eixample district!

🥪 A Picnic with a View of Nature’s Wonder 🏞

In Montserrat, there’s a spot where you can enjoy not only the beauty of the mountains and the majesty of the monastery, but also a tasty snack in the fresh air.
Wooden picnic tables under the open sky invite you to pause, have a small picnic, breathe in the mountain air, and admire a view that feels like a painting created by nature itself.

🌄 Everything here is perfect: the scent of blooming bushes, the quiet, the breathtaking scenery, and the feeling that you’re far above the everyday rush.

📌 Tip: bring some light snacks with you or buy something delicious on-site — and treat yourself to this little moment of happiness.
