👑 is our king!!!

The crown doesn’t lie—today, Fernando claimed his royal title by finding the king in the tortell! 🎉✨ Tradition has spoken, and we’re officially bowing down to His Majesty of Good Taste.

Looks like 2025 will be a year full of unforgettable adventures, extraordinary wines, and a touch of regal charm. 🍷👑 Cheers to the king and his reign of epicurean delights! Long may he lead us to all the best tapas and treasures.

We couldn’t be in better company!

No one wanted to miss the spectacular speech from Eduardo Ojeda - co-founder at and one of the most respected winemakers, whose speech on terroir was splendid and filled with historical data and scientific arguments, while we sampled 11 very old sherries from the 30’s to the 50’s, a couple from the 70’, all EXTRAORDINARY!

Moments that will stay forever in our memories 🙏🏻

☀️ Lovely Cadiz, a hidden treasure in the South western Andalusia, remains a well-kept secret, a true paradise that captured our hearts a decade ago.

This enchanting region, with its sun-drenched beaches, vibrant culture, and rich history, offers an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

As we explore its diverse landscapes, from the rolling vineyards of Jerez to the pristine shores of Tarifa - just 9 miles from Morocco - we discover a place where time seems to stand still, where the soul finds peace amidst the rhythmic lapping of the waves and the warm, golden light of the setting sun.

Here, in this serene haven, we made our home, embracing the slow, joyful cadence of Cadiz, a decision that has filled our lives with immeasurable beauty and contentment. 💕

Zoom in, finally all the letters are set for FUNDADOR!

El Gallo Azul was inaugurated in 1928. It was commissioned by the Domecq family, who played a significant role in the sherry industry of Jerez de la Frontera. This architectural gem, designed by Aníbal González, with its striking blue tiles and elegant design, captures the essence of Andalusian charm.

On top, the large illuminated letters of Fundador dominate the skyline, symbolizing the legacy of one of Spain’s most renowned sherry brands. Together, El Gallo Azul and the Fundador letters create a picturesque scene in the heart of Jerez. ❤️
