Good Mooorrrning everyone! ☀️ did you know that by being vegan, your metabolism burns 16% faster on average for the first hours after meals? Yes 🤪 being vegan is not only good for the animals and environment, but it helps to burn a bit more of those love handles 😂
On top of the vegan stuff, I did 8 days of intermitent fasting, and even thought it’s too soon to say but it works...
Some of the things I noticed in my first week or so of fasting:
- first days I was a bit hungry but I felt energetic 💪
- coffee ☕️is your friend, it suppresses hunger
- my mind was clear and sharp🧠
- good digestion🍍
- my skin started to look better around the legs and core🙌
- lost a bit of weight ☺️
Good advice from a friend, use fasting as a tool, don’t abuse it, break it sometimes, enjoy life! ☀️💚💛
