You can buy a souvenir almost anywhere. How often do you get to make one?!

One of the HOTTEST experiences we had in Edinburgh wasn't a famous landmark or a guided tour, it was stepping into the forge at Work of Iron and learning from our fantastic instructor Jack, the centuries-old craft of blacksmithing.

For a few hours, we traded our cameras for hammers, heated metal rods in the fire, and turned a simple piece of metal into something we could actually take home.

It gave us a whole new appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every handmade piece in the city.

If you're looking for an experience you'll still be talking about long after your trip ends, this is it!

Outlander fans, this was a dream come true ✨

Visiting Lallybroch (Midhope Castle) already felt magical… but we were lucky enough to visit on one of the rare days they actually opened the INSIDE for visitors!! 😍

Walking through the rooms and standing inside one of the most iconic Outlander filming locations felt like stepping straight into Jamie Fraser’s world.

Definitely one of the most unforgettable moments from our Scotland adventure ❤️
