*Job Description:*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our medically endorsed, harm reduction-focused in-person courses to prospective students, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
*Responsibilities:*
- Promote and sell Medcan University's in-person courses, emphasizing our commitment to harm reduction and medical backing.
- Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses that align with ou philosophy.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our course offerings, pricing, policiesing our ethos of harm reduction.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance, always keeping harm reduction at the forefront.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the education or cannabis industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to promoting harm reduction and medically backed education.
- Strong understanding of the cannabis industry
