Today we say goodbye to a true icon. Dolly Parton. 💔

Her influence reached far beyond country music. Dolly’s larger-than-life glamour, wit, humour and unapologetic individuality inspired generations of performers — and she held a very special place in the hearts of the drag community.

But perhaps even more importantly, Dolly was a longstanding friend and ally to the LGBTQI+ community, consistently choosing kindness, acceptance and love. 🏳️‍🌈

The hair. The rhinestones. The songs. The one-liners. The heart.

There will simply never be another Dolly.
Thank you for the music, the laughter, the glamour and for reminding the world that being completely, unapologetically yourself is something worth celebrating.
