Having them ready and easy to access can make applications smoother, reduce delays, and save you from last-minute panic when paperwork is requested.

Due to the extremely high volume of enquiries we are receiving, we are prioritising applicants who have their documents ready for submission.

Before contacting us, please ensure you have:

✅ NIE Number
✅ Digital Certificate
✅ Full Passport Scan (all pages)
✅ ACRO Police Certificate
✅ Apostille
✅ Sworn Translation
✅ Padrón showing a minimum of 5 months' residency before 1st January 2026

PLUS ONE of the following:

✅ Family Link (spouse with residency or children in school)
✅ Vulnerability Certificate
✅ Job Offer, Work Contract or Autónomo Activity

📌 If you do not yet have all of the required documents, we can provide links and guidance on where to obtain them. However, please note that we cannot assess eligibility or prepare applications until the required documentation is available.
