*** It’s all about people *** - That’s what these events ultimately come down to.

At this year’s UEFA Europa League Final in Bilbao and the UEFA Conference League Final in Wroclaw, I had the privilege of working alongside an incredible mix of people — some I’ve known for years and who’ve become true friends, and others I met for the very first time. That’s the beauty of what we do. The connections, the shared efforts, the stories behind the scenes — they’re what make these activations unforgettable.

And this year held a particularly special moment for me: two of my daughters, Sara and Beatriz, joined me in Bilbao and actively contributed to the success of our activations for one of our clients and their two UEFA Partners. Seeing them step into this world and be part of the team was deeply meaningful — both professionally and personally.

Just wrapped up a three-day trip to 🇵🇱 for a site inspection and partner visit ahead of the Europa Conference League Final this May.

Long hours, intensive work, and countless details to fine-tune—but what truly stands out is the human side of these trips. They’re an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and create new ones, turning professional encounters into long-term collaborations.

Bidding farewell to Paris after an exciting week at the 2024 ! Now heading south in France to inspect hotels for South African rugby teams. 🇫🇷🏉

Beyond supporting clients with their travel needs, I had the privilege of reconnecting with many friends and colleagues; and familiar faces from my previous trips to the City of Light. Missed a few people this time, but I'm sure we'll cross paths again soon.
