It was a PLEASURE to join the Opening of the ENEKO restaurant yesterday in Larrabetxu, near Bilbao. With 3Michelin stars awarded Chef Eneko Atxa and his Team as the best hosts you can imagine. Once again they overwhelmed guests eyes and palates under the motto: "Back to the origin"...the pairing with Gorka Izaguirre txakoli wines made it just perfect.
Not able to say which one of the 9 dishes would be my favorite... incredible tastes.
We follow and support you Eneko & Team. Congratulations!

Friday! We finish the week with a very good taste after the visit at Torre del Veguer near Barcelona; a beautiful winery-castle built on a cave from XV century. We paired different wines and chocolates in a one-of-a-kind room dedicated to family's friend DALI. Would you like to try? We would love to come back anytime!

Than still on time to join the Gastroletras following the motto: "Poetry to eat".Creative tapas in the Barrio de las Letras, inspired in the titles of our most important writers like Antonio Machado or Garcia Lorca. Also some "toppings" like art expositions or concerts ... nice idea for a different visit to Madrid...
