Hello everybody... so some news from CCD. The plot of land next door to the Villa was sold 2 years ago and work has now finally started on the foundations to a prefab house. We have been trying to contact the owners to find out what possible impact this will have on CCD and although (we understand) it will have minimal or no impact on clients arriving up to the end of August, there may be noise during September and October when the plasterers and electricians are there. As such, we are offering a 50% discount for those weeks. We don't know what noise there will be, but you won't hear it at the beach or hiking the Pyrenees (and the heated pool, jacuzzu and sauna will be there for when you come home 😁) Contact us if you want to take advantage of a cheap week in the sun.
