LOCALIZACIÓN: esta maravillosa casa se encuentra en una pendiente de una suave ladera sobre algunas de las mejores vistas de la mallorca rural, con almendros, y montañas. en un enclave muy tranquilo con caminos cercanos para poder pasear y disfrutar de la naturaleza.
la casa consta de dos plantas y está rodeada de jardín y pinos, en la planta baja y superior cuenta con espaciosas terrazas donde tomar el sol, con excelente situación para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la paz de las extraordinarias vistas.
HISTORIA: esta casa ha pertenecido siempre a nuestra familia y a pasado a través de 4 generaciones desde que se construyo hace más de 150 años. Mi esposo y yo, decidimos reformarla antes de que quedara en ruinas y emprendimos esta aventura, para poder alojar a los clientes, que quieren pasar unas maravillosas y tranquilas vacaciones en un entorno de una casa rural mallorquina, siempre dando las mayores comodidades y servicios.

EL ALOJAMIENTO:
En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, comedor con chimenea, sala de estar con techos de vigas de madera, dos habitaciones, dos baños y amplias terrazas.
En la planta superior hay 4 habitaciones, 3 baños y una gran terraza con una escalera exterior para poder acceder a la piscina, sin necesidad de tener que bajar por el interior de la casa, desde esta terraza se pueden ver maravillosas puestas de sol y las estrellas en el claro cielo de la noche.
El área total del alojamiento es de 180 metros cuadrados y cuenta con 80 m cuadrados de terrazas.
Aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las habitaciones, salón y comedor. (nota: el aire acondicionado está con un temporizador de diez horas diarias. si desea cambiar el horario establecido, póngase en contacto con el propietario. tiene posibilidad de ampliar el horario, por un precio extra).

History: this house has always belonged to our family and has passed through 4 generations since it was built more than 150 years ago. My husband and I, we decided to reform it before it was in ruins and we started this adventure, to be able to accommodate the clients, who want to spend a wonderful and quiet holiday in an environment of a Mallorcan rural house, always providing the greatest comforts and services.
Accommodation:
On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room with wooden beam ceilings, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and large terraces.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large terrace with an external staircase to access the pool, without having to go down inside the house, from this terrace you can see wonderful sunsets and stars in the clear night sky.
The total area of the accommodation is 180 square meters and has 80 square meters of terraces. the house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, living room and dining room. (note: the air conditioner has a ten-hour daily timer, if you wish to change the established schedule, contact the owner, you can extend the schedule, for an extra price).

LAGE: Dieses wundervolle Haus liegt am Hang eines sanften Abhangs mit einigen der besten Aussichten auf das ländliche Mallorca mit Mandelbäumen und Bergen. in einer sehr ruhigen Enklave mit nahe gelegenen Straßen, um in der Lage zu sein, zu gehen und die Natur zu genießen.
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Etagen und ist umgeben von Garten und Pinienbäumen. Im Erdgeschoss und in der oberen Etage befinden sich geräumige Terrassen, auf denen Sie sich sonnen können. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um die Ruhe und den Frieden der außergewöhnlichen Aussicht zu genießen.
GESCHICHTE: Dieses Haus gehört seit jeher unserer Familie und wurde vor mehr als 150 Jahren in 4 Generationen gebaut. Mein Mann und ich beschlossen, es zu reformieren, bevor es in Trümmern lag, und wir begannen dieses Abenteuer, um die Kunden unterzubringen, die einen wunderschönen und ruhigen Urlaub in der Umgebung eines mallorquinischen Landhauses verbringen möchten und stets den größten Komfort und Service bieten.
DIE UNTERKUNFT:
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche, Esszimmer mit Kamin, Wohnzimmer mit Holzbalkendecken, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und große Terrassen.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer und eine große Terrasse mit einer Außentreppe zum Pool, von der aus Sie wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge und Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können, ohne ins Haus hinuntersteigen zu müssen Sterne am klaren Nachthimmel.
Die Gesamtfläche der Unterkunft beträgt 180 Quadratmeter und verfügt über 80 Quadratmeter Terrassen. Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage und Heizung in allen Räumen, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. (Hinweis: Die Klimaanlage verfügt über einen 10-Stunden-Timer. Wenn Sie den festgelegten Zeitplan ändern möchten, wenden Sie sich an den Eigentümer. Sie können den Zeitplan gegen einen Aufpreis verlängern.)
