Follow up to the cabin drama on Liberty of the Seas. lol. Here is what cruisers were offered as compensation.

I am a cruise account!! Why would I not share with other cruisers that RC advertised something that was not what the cabin actually was???

I don’t understand all the ugliness. I guess I sound “entitled “? But literally you would be mad if you bought a Cadillac and a Honda civic was delivered right?

I’ll tell you what makes it all ok… This situation had 10 cabins and out of 10 5 of them included me all found each other on my socials and WE ALL FELT THE SAME!! No matter how we paid for it … Others (Royal upped etc). And the other cabins just may have not found me on socials. So I feel pretty justified in what I was feeling.

Also I called RC 5-6 times during the year to confirm what they booked for me was indeed the same as what was in the photos provided and I was told over and over it was. So this is why I’m very frustrated.

The real people I should be listening to are the ones that came up to me on the ship and thanked me for saying something and in a way fighting for THEM. 🫶🏼. So I’m gonna hold on to that.

Royal did give everyone something. Of course because mine was a comp it was more of a grey area. I know full Royal up charges were returned. I GOT 500 OBC. But also told to talk to shoreside to try and get my certificate reinstated.

On another note … mine being a comp should not be belittled either. This wasn’t a regular random mailer. This was an earned GRAND suite certificate!!! That was gained in one trip so it cost plenty of money.

Also this is the first post that has made me $ in a long time so keep on commenting 🤣😜🫣. But some are just ridiculous. It’s sad that negative videos get so much more attention than positive. I guess that’s life 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think a lot of people are embarrassed at times of eating when they think of traveling solo… well this is why. lol. I just laughed it off though. What would you do?!?

Cruise tip!! Although I greatly appreciate doing my laundry free on Royal Caribbean because of Diamond plus. It is very harsh.
