The Villa has UK TV, Sky Sports & Films & Fibre optic WiFi internet & Air Conditioning, located in the South of Tenerife where you are almost guaranteed year round sunshine.

In response to the corona-virus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.

Villa has its own private pool, it has a shallow end (1 meter) with a good set of steps down into the water, ideal for sitting sipping your G & T! The deep end is around 1.5 meters. The pool & all garden areas surrounding the villa are totally secluded - no-one can see you!

The villa has 2 bedrooms, one huge double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower & 2 sinks; the other is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom with "over the bath" shower (sorry, only 1 sink!).

The lounge is divided into a sitting & dining area. The large wide screen TV has satellite BBC 1, 2 & ITV, Ch4, Ch5 & Sky Sports & Sky Movies with free fiberoptic WiFi Internet. There are numerous films + TV programmes on the catch up tv service, books are available - read & swap. ! There is also a portable bluetooth sound box so that you can have music by the poolside. The pool is heated free of charge in the winter months but an optional extra in the summer.

On your arrival you will find a welcome pack which is included in your price; this consists of the basic needs e.g. water, milk, sugar, tea & coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences, oven, hob, fridge/freezer & microwave etc. It has a small utility room with a washing machine (plenty outside drying space - no need for a tumbler!). Full bed linen & villa towels are provided including pool towels at no extra cost. If you are staying for longer than a week, a linen change is also included in your cost.

Children welcome. The villa is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac with plenty parking spaces right outside the villa. It is a very secure place for children as there is no way for them to wander on to the road, the perimeter is totally enclosed. A cot & high chair are available at no extra cost.

The "Special Feature" of this property is definitely the large double fronted Terrace that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. From here you have spectacular uninterrupted views of the natural coast-line aswell as the stunning back-drop of the beautiful mountains of San Miguel with Mount Teide in the centre. Truly breath-taking!
The Terraces also provide sufficient room for outside 'al fresco' dining as well as sun loungers which are positioned for relaxing by the fully heated pool which is all year round and included in the price !

Villa is built in the traditional bungalow format, with a very spacious open plan living area, in a prime sea front location of Amarilla. Casa Adelfas is a spacious Villa situated on a well maintained complex with 3 swimming pools. This property consists of two large bedrooms, one master en-suite and the second with twin beds and a family bathroom in-between.

Entering the front door from with gardens, with private parking, there is a hallway for jackets and shoes, followed by an open plan dining area and lounge. A large wall mounted TV provides numerous multi-language channels, including English. Fibre broadband is also provided.

The kitchen, leading off the main lounge is fully equipped with all 'mod cons' including a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge/freezer.

The lounge patio doors lead you outside to a lovely covered seating/relaxing area with dining for 4/6 and a charcoal BBQ. The steps on the side of the property take you to a private roof solarium where 2 sun beds are provided.

The local shop is also close by and stocks everything you would need for your holiday. The bus stop and taxi rank can be found just across the road, so a hire car is not essential for your holiday requirements.

A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina and the sea. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.
