Feliz Navidad! One of my favourite walks in Conil is to cross the bridge and walk to the Torre Castilnovo on the way to El Palmar. The black Ibis nests there and it is funny to watch them.

Every year the end of May the Ruta de Atun starts. Many restaurants offer special Tapas with the Red Tuna that is caught in front of Conil during the traditional Almadraba. The weekend starts with an event where you can taste all of them in the center of Conil. Come and enjoy this special event until the 9th of June 😋☀️

If you want to take a break from the beach: Only two hours from Conil is the Sierra de Cadiz. There are many beautiful villages like Grazalema, el Bosque, Zahara de la Sierra and Ubrique. The landscape is absolutly stunning and you can enjoy a walk or car ride for example from El Bosque to Grazalema stopping at el puerto de Boyar with its incredible views.
