Had a couple of great reviews from our first guests. It's hard building up the reviews and the bookings when:
- your bookings, and therefore reviews, are across multiple platforms
- your availability is good, so you look like a scam
- your non-paying family keep visiting!

Glad to have a strong start to build on though.

Worried about villa scams, we understand that and are happy to provide copies of our VV licence (VV-35-2-0003916) and guardia registration. Our 'home' is relatively new to the rental market as we have been living in it and hosting non-paying family! Sadly, that means few reviews and lots of availability - which may red flag as a scam. It's coming up to the time of year when the rather unusual flower on our boundary starts to bud. I believe it's a solandra maxima (golden chalice vine) - it draws quite a lot of interest from passers by and has kept me captivated for many years. STUNNING!

So, at last, we are releasing our home-from-home to share with others. It's too good not to. A great location opposite Campanario we've been enjoying it as a family for over 10 years. And now it's time for others to enjoy it too. Sleeping 6, with 3 bedrooms, plenty of living space and several terraces it's under 5 minutes walk (in flip flops!) to the beach or the town. It's also handy to the supermarket, shops and bars in El Campanario.
