My sister Dr Ela Manga is officially a published author! Over the past few years she's helped so many people (me included) transform their lives through her incredible understanding of human behaviour, teaching people to uncover their best selves by being mindful, present and conscious, despite life's challenges. I've seen this book develop from a concept to a manuscript and now a proper book and I couldn't be more proud and excited!! Look for the Energy Code in SA bookstores as of now! :)

It's a long weekend in the UK, and we are spending it in San Sebastián. With the most Michelin stars per square km, it's the ultimate foodie destination. We've been eating and drinking non stop since we arrived and it's completely delivered on my foodie expectations. Plus, it's a really cute town!

Just when I thought this blog was dying a slow death… I’ve been inspired to write again. I guess part of the reason I stopped is time – in London I seldom have 2 hours at home on a weekend to write, and also reviewing restaurants and events sort of got dull after a while.
