Los pinos son más altos que la casa, y se nota quién manda aquí.
La Casa Mallorquina se metió en el hueco que dejó el bosque: teja árabe, glicina sobre el porche y una piscina justo del tamaño que cabía.
En agosto el pinar da mejor sombra que cualquier toldo.

A whole day at the Casa Árabe fits into three photos.
Morning: tea poured on the brass tray inside, saffron cushions in place, the fireplace waiting for the evening.
Midday: everyone heads down to the pool — eight loungers, four to each side of the water.
Late afternoon: two wicker armchairs on the lawn, facing the pink facade between the palms.

Most people do not know that fining a wine can involve egg white or gelatin.

Both are animal-derived and both are common across the trade. Neither is used here: the estate is certified 100% organic, and the wines are vegan and vegetarian by method rather than by label.
