I am lucky…. Lucky to be able to wiggle around in this space whenever I feel like it. Want to come and wiggle here too? We’ve got some amazing Retreats happening this year and a huge surprise at the Yoga Shala I can’t wait to reveal (if we ever finish it!). What could it be, any guesses?

The Chestnut Cottage got a facelift last spring. Had lots of fun making headboards and getting creative with colour. Cristina Garcia Rodero’s photography book ‘España Oculta’ makes for great art work.

CALLING ALL LADY DUCKS! Orlando is on the Market! The duck dating market. The poor guy is desperate for a girlfriend. He keeps ‘doing the dirty’ with the chickens and causing havoc. Manolo the cockerel is not best pleased and as for the poor chucks… he’s three times their size… anyone know of any lovely ladies we can pair him up with? Let’s find love for Orlando!
