Meet Bodicia! She’s been on the farm for a year and a half now, full of energy, super social and always curious.

At two and a half years old, she still hasn’t quite realised just how big she is… which can be interesting when she decides she wants to be right next to you 😅

We have SOOO many tomatoes!

We’ve been bottling loads of them — we already have more than 100 litres of delicious tomatoes in jars — and with all the sunshine we’re having at the moment, we thought we’d dry some too.

There’s something quite special about eating sun-dried tomatoes in the middle of winter… one bite and you’re straight back to summer!

Here’s a little fast-forward of the process: saving the seeds for next year’s crop, and drying the tomatoes to enjoy later in the year.
