We have SOOO many tomatoes!

We’ve been bottling loads of them — we already have more than 100 litres of delicious tomatoes in jars — and with all the sunshine we’re having at the moment, we thought we’d dry some too.

There’s something quite special about eating sun-dried tomatoes in the middle of winter… one bite and you’re straight back to summer!

Here’s a little fast-forward of the process: saving the seeds for next year’s crop, and drying the tomatoes to enjoy later in the year.

Thanks to our E-Ride explorers. A week mountain biking through the stunning landscape on our doorstep. The trees kept us cool in the shade and we dipped our toes in every river. 160km of winding mule tracks, between cork trees and sweet chestnuts. White villages peeking through the forest and always a cafe con leche or a delicious tortilla waiting for us when we arrive! So lucky to call this place home! Hasta la próxima amigos 🚲

Another beautiful retreat with the singing sisters. Thank you and for always brining the best energy to El Moro. We’re lucky to have you. See you next May! If you’re into deep rest and fantastic music you should consider coming to their retreat. A combination of nidra, pranayama, strong asana, meditation and kirtan. With a sprinkle of yoga therapy led by two very knowledgeable and experienced ladies with a background in psychology and psychotherapy and a whole load of lurrrrrrve! Even Violeta couldn’t get enough of them and was present at pretty much every practice! Including the last night boogie 🤣
