The bigger supermarkets are easily accessible from the villa if you have a basket on your bike 🚲 which I do is no problem 😉 we have mercadona aldi and Lidl.
December I’ll be putting them to the real test now my boys have booked their flights & it’s confirmed they’re coming out to Fuerteventura for 5 days to spend Christmas 🎅🏻 with us at the villa 🙌🥰🎅🏻🎄☀️👩🏻‍🍳🥂

So this is the kinda sunset 🌅 you’ll enjoy from sunset lounge. We took a pic and got it printed for the Villa. It’s always a good night at sunset but gets busy you can WhatsApp for a table reservation but just don’t break your chain on your bike like me & be late & miss it. 🙄 on this occasion I didn’t quite make it out sober either & Kerbed my bike later post repair & fell off 😬😫not my finest night but the suns ☀️ out today & it’s 30 degrees at the end of October so cannot complain x

Live music different every night 5pm to 7.30 followed by a dj.
Gets busy !! As per the name you get a perfect view of the sunset from here. They do amazing cocktails plus the usual beers & wines table service during the band time. It’s right on the beach & is about 8 mins on foot from the villa. Suitably for every age group & is beach to bar so easy going dress up or down. The problem is usually getting out sober ! 🙄🥴 🌅 x

Sunday at campanario is the main market day.
It’s a bit like the makers market with jewellery crafts pictures gifts perfumes along with henna tattoos & pop up places for reflexology and massage.
The market is surrounded by permanent shops and cafes which are also v nice along with a pharmacy (v handy ) and a supermarket (also v handy) a hairdressers & nail bar.
This is a 2 min walk from the villa there’s a market also on a Thursday but it’s on a smaller scale.
Even if you don’t buy anything like me today it’s just nice to have a walk round & a coffee ☕️

A cloudy couple of hours sometimes is good to get stuff done. So out on the bikes 🚲 for a birthday present 🎁 for a friend who is also out here atm from my fave jewellery shop. Amazing jewellery all waterproof which is much needed there are some gorgeous shops here a walk or bike ride away lots of places to stop for brunch coffee or beer !
followed on with a visit to the garden 🪴 centre (not exactly B&Q !) but some nice plants in mind for when we’re here more often to water 💧 them ! For me I go straight past the water park not my bag 💼 been there done that with young kids but it’s on the doorstep so is useful if you have kids as is the mini golf ⛳️ yes I’ve done that no I did not win 🥴!
Followed up by a visit to fuertachina now if you think b&m home & bargain but on a bigger scale this is great also 2 mins away. Needed some glitter hair spray for Halloween 👻
Next up put the new coffee table & light out in the lounge from part of yesterday’s road trip
Then yes 🙌 the sun ☀️ is out so downtime 👙 x

Stayed in a hotel 🏨 here last night as rental guests still here was lovely but great to be Home 🏠 Sun ☀️ is out flowers 🌺 🌸 are out now 😊.
Canary Islands are the best ☀️ year round warmth for a cold 🥶 person like me is a dream 💭 come true. X ♥️

El Sultan is a private development 800m from the turquoise Atlantic sea and close to the shops and town centre. The property boasts loads of out door space with a rear and rooftop terrace that capture most of the days sun. Private underground parking is available.
There is also internet and TV with Sky sports and movies. There is a gas powered BBQ on the terrace along with everything you might need in the kitchen if you like cooking plus the all important coffee ☕️ machine !
Within the complex there are 2 pools that are easily accessed literally just outside the terrace !
The villa has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms in these pics you can see the master bedroom with view of the pools (there is no better feeling than opening the shutters to the sun ☀️ & the pools !) I’ll add some more pics on the next visit coming soon 🔜
Close by there are some gorgeous beaches lovely places to eat amazing cocktail places right by the sea & also if you like shopping 🛍️ some great places to shop for treats clothes house stuff & the all important familiar supermarkets In walking distance so you never have to worry about that liquid allowance! Everything you could want can be brought there !
An airport pick up and drop off can be arranged for €40 each way
The space
El Sultan offers a quiet pool and children's pool within 25mtrs of the property. Two terraces for relaxing on in the sun or shade. It is finished to a very high standard.
We use the Villa a lot ! But we also rent it out
We absolutely love Corralejo it truly has something for everyone. We’ve got a looot of photos & info on the area that over the next few trips I’ll be adding to the page along with available dates & prices.
The Canary Islands 🇮🇨 no 1 benefit is of course climate ! ☀️ if you’re not a fan of uk winter 🥶 then this is the place for you 😉
