Our culinary retreat came to an end today. An amazing week with great clients and chef Carol Cotner Thompson. Visited Cadaques and had an amazing lunch at Compartir. Then back home for another cooking course. Life is good!

Yesterday we visited Mas Alba, a small goat cheese farm about 5 minutes from our house. We visited with the goats, saw a milking, held a tiny 3 day old kid, observed the cheese making process and then tasted their cheese. So much fun.

Last nights dinner - Italian Riviera Liguria: Rosemary Focaccia, Green Beans with Persillade, White Bean Salad with Pesto, Trofie with Pesto, Potato Gnocchi with Mushroom Sauce and a Peach, Apricot, Zabaione with Fresh Fruit. AMAZING! Gracias Ladies and Carol Cotner Thompson.
