Beheerderskoppel gezocht voor Finca Vista Valle❣️
Wonen jullie in de Hondón Vallei en zoeken jullie een mooie, veelzijdige uitdaging?
Voor Finca Vista Valle zoeken we een enthousiast beheerderskoppel dat met hart en ziel onze finca wil beheren terwijl wij in Nederland wonen en werken.
🏡 Op het terrein staan twee huizen: Onze Casita, welke permanent verhuurd is aan een Nederlands echtpaar, en onze Bungalow. Deze is tot half juni verhuurd aan een ander echtpaar.
Van half juni tot half september is er vakantieverhuur aan diverse gasten.
Als beheerderskoppel ben je het hart van de finca. Je zorgt dat alles soepel loopt en dat gasten zich welkom voelen. Je taken bestaan o.a. uit:
* Gastenontvangst: welkom heten, rondleiding, vragen beantwoorden
* Boekingen beheren: via Booking.com, Facebook en andere platforms
*Zwembadonderhoud: schoon en veilig houden van het 5x10m zwembad
*Huizen & terrein onderhouden: kleine klusjes, check-ups, netjes houden, het inschakelen van externe bedrijven indien nodig.
*Schoonmaak tijdens wissels: zorgvuldige schoonmaak bij aankomst/vertrek van gasten
*Communicatie met huurders en gasten.
🌴De tuin wordt volledig onderhouden, dus daar hoef je niets aan te doen.
Gedurende de wintermaanden verwachten we ongeveer een tijdsinvestering van 2 tot 6 uur per week. Van half juni tot half september zal dit ca. 10 tot 15 uur per week zijn. In deze zomermaanden kun je als beheerders dus helaas zelf niet op vakantie
Wie zoeken we?
* Een proactief koppel of duo dat graag samenwerkt.
* Gastvrij, betrouwbaar en praktisch ingesteld
* Woonachtig in of rondom de Hondón Vallei
* Bij voorkeur een goede beheersing van de Spaanse en Engelse taal
* Geen keyholders met meerdere huizen in beheer: we zoeken echt een koppel dat zich volledig richt op onze finca, een koppel wat het leuk vindt om een plek nóg mooier te maken.

Na jarenlange, fijne en positieve samenwerking met Bert Boer Jr. en Cindy Zaal, die onze finca met liefde hebben beheerd, zijn we nu op zoek naar opvolging. Zij krijgen het steeds drukker met hun restaurant Restaurante Vambú, waardoor, met name in de zomermaanden, het intensieve beheer van de finca niet langer te combineren is. We zijn hen ontzettend dankbaar voor alles wat ze voor ons hebben gedaan en zoeken nu een nieuw koppel dat dezelfde warmte en betrokkenheid kan bieden.

Manager couple wanted for Finca Vista Valle❣️
Do you live in the Hondón Valley and are you looking for a wonderful, varied challenge?
For Finca Vista Valle, we are looking for an enthusiastic manager couple who are willing to manage our finca with heart and soul whilst we live and work in the Netherlands.
🏡 There are two houses on the property: our Casita, which is permanently let to a Dutch couple, and our Bungalow. The Bungalow is let to another couple until mid-June.
From mid-June to mid-September, the property is let out on a holiday basis to various guests.
As the managing couple, you’ll be the heart of the finca. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome. Your duties will include:
Welcoming guests: greeting them, giving a tour, answering questions
Managing bookings: via Booking.com, Facebook and other platforms
Pool maintenance: keeping the 5x10m pool clean and safe
Maintaining the property and grounds: carrying out minor odd jobs, carrying out checks, keeping everything tidy, and arranging for external contractors where necessary.
Cleaning between guest stays: thorough cleaning on guests’ arrival and departure
Major cleaning sessions: twice a year, in spring and autumn.
Communicating with tenants and guests.
🌴The garden is fully maintained, so you won’t have to do anything about that.
During the winter months, we expect a time commitment of approximately 2 to 6 hours per week. From mid-June to mid-September, this will be approximately 10 to 15 hours per week. Unfortunately, this means that as property managers, you won’t be able to go on holiday yourselves during these summer months.
Who are we looking for?
A proactive couple or duo who enjoy working together. Welcoming, reliable and practical
Living in or around the Hondón Valley
Preferably with a good command of Spanish and English
No keyholders managing multiple properties: we’re really looking for a couple who will focus entirely on our finca, a couple who enjoy making a place even more beautiful

They are becoming increasingly busy with their restaurant, Restaurante Vambú, making the intensive management of the finca no longer manageable, particularly during the summer months. We are incredibly grateful to them for everything they have done for us and are now looking for a new couple who can offer the same warmth and commitment.
