Visiting a small cellar in the Penedès region ♥️

Cava Guilera is a small cellar specializing in long-aged cava. Some of their bottles are kept in the winery for 20 years before disgorgement!

It was a delight to tour the winery with Pere, the third generation of this small family business. He was full of enthusiasm while showing us around! Gràcies, Pere! 🙏
