Villa Nubas is an extraordinary property in Ibiza located on a mountain top with spectacular views towards the island Tagomago, the crystal clear blue sea, hillsides and farmers land just outside San Carlos. The villa is just grand, spacious and very comfortable for several families and friends going on vacation. The owner has passion for the house down to the smallest little details and have therefore planned the outdoor areas in a way that people never feel living on top of each other. Every large bedroom have their own sea view terrace with sunbeds, bathroom en suite and access to a kitchen close to where they are placed in the house. The long lap pool is more than 25 meters long and 10 meter wide and are souranded by sunbeds and two grand day beds to chill out in the shade. There is a bar area above the pool and another lounge area over the bar area with amazing views over the property and to the sea.
For the 2014 season a gym is ready on the property. There are several beaches in the area and beautiful small chiringuitos where you can eat fresh fish and get a feeling of the authentic Ibiza. The hippie market is close by and the road towards Ibiza takes you there in 20 minutes. The property is highly secure and extremely secluded.
