One of the most transformative parts of our retreats is when we practice breathwork. Through guided breathing techniques, we help our guests slow down, switch off the mental noise, and reconnect with themselves in a way that’s often hard to find in everyday life.
Breathwork is often described as a form of active meditation. By focusing on your breath, you can calm your nervous system, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and create a sense of presence that many of us spend years searching for.

Try the 4/2/6 Reset Breath:
✨ Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
✨ Hold for 2 seconds
✨ Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds
✨ Repeat for 2-5 minutes
The longer exhale helps activate your parasympathetic nervous system - your body’s natural “rest and digest” mode - helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded almost immediately.
