That's summer sorted for the rest of the year!

The beach bars are open for the rest of the year and regular live music events are held at the social club and down at the Port....and yes, British Citizens are very welcome here, along with our Spanish, Dutch, Swedish and German friends, guests and residents.

Do we hold the Spanish Touristic licence for your comfort....yes we do!
Does the apartment overlook the 12km bay from La Azohia to Puerto de Mazarron....yes it does!
Can you see the mountains....the sun rises and sets behind them!
Does the apartment overlook the community pool...yes it does!
Is the terrace south facing...yes it is!
Is there shade in the north facing private garden and under the pergola...of course!
Is going out in Spain still affordable...very!

Compared to the UK south coast , we have blue flag beaches all along the bay and 28 degree summer water temperature on the warm coast (Costa Calida), I know where I’ll be heading.
