Our lovely casa is available to rent in July 13th to August the 3rd. It offers 2 double bedrooms, aircon and fan lights in all rooms, wifi, IPTV, large roof terrace with sun loungers bbq, lovely views, Toldos and use of the communal pool on the next street. There are many bars and restaurants within a 12 minute walk or we can put you in touch with a local taxi driver. We are 25 mins from Alicante airport and 5 minutes by car from lovely sandy beaches. The price is £400 per week plus a €60 cleaning fee. We also ask for a £250 refundable security deposit returned on the day you leave once our cleaners have inspected the property. We also have availability now until the 25th of May.

We have just had a cancellation for August. We now have availability from the 9th to the 30th. Our lovely casa has 2 double bedrooms with aircon and fans. We have a modern home with large roof terrace with a gas bbq relaxing sunbeds, toldos, sunroom wifi, use of a lovely communal pool. We are 25 mins from Alicante airport and 10 mins from beautiful sandy beaches. The cost is £400 per week plus €60 cleaning fee. A £250 security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage when the villa is cleaned.
