Glorious sandy beaches are a 10 minute drive away. There us a communal pool available on the next street for your use during your stay.

You will have the use of our family car during your stay. We can organise airport pick up and drop off. There is a €60 cleaning fee payable at the casa.
We require a £250 returnable security deposit.
A booking deposit to secure your booking of £100 per week, with the balance paid 10 weeks before your holiday.

Our lovely casa is available to rent in July 13th to August the 3rd. It offers 2 double bedrooms, aircon and fan lights in all rooms, wifi, IPTV, large roof terrace with sun loungers bbq, lovely views, Toldos and use of the communal pool on the next street. There are many bars and restaurants within a 12 minute walk or we can put you in touch with a local taxi driver. We are 25 mins from Alicante airport and 5 minutes by car from lovely sandy beaches. The price is £400 per week plus a €60 cleaning fee. We also ask for a £250 refundable security deposit returned on the day you leave once our cleaners have inspected the property. We also have availability now until the 25th of May.

We are 25 mins from Alicante airport and 10 mins from beautiful sandy beaches. The cost is £400 per week plus €60 cleaning fee. A £250 security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage when the villa is cleaned.
