You’re trying to hover… and suddenly: up, down, up again.
Don’t worry — we’ve all been there.

Here are three things that really help:

✅ Don’t overload your weights. You don’t need to sink like an anchor to dive in style.

✅ Keep your body aligned — when you’re horizontal, everything flows better (and check your trim — sometimes it’s not the weight, but where it is).

✅ Breathe slow and deep. Your lungs are your best buoyancy tool.

Buoyancy takes practice… and it’s way better when you stop fighting the water.

🇬🇧 In 1975, Spielberg premiered ‘Jaws,’ and half the planet thought twice about getting in the water.
50 years later... here we are:
👉 jumping into the water with a smile,
👉 looking for sharks up close (very close 😏),
👉 and thinking our regulator should have a permanent smile button.

Because yes, they command respect. But the only thing that’s truly scary... is missing them.

🇮🇹 Nel 1975, Spielberg ha lanciato ‘Lo Squalo’ e metà del pianeta ci ha pensato due volte prima di entrare in acqua.
50 anni dopo... eccoci qui:
👉 a tuffarci in acqua con un sorriso,
👉 a cercare gli squali da vicino (molto vicino 😏),
👉 e a pensare che il nostro erogatore dovrebbe avere un pulsante per un sorriso permanente.

Perché sì, incutono rispetto. Ma l’unica cosa che fa davvero paura... è perderseli.

Porque sí, dan respeto. Pero lo único que de verdad da miedo... es perdérselos.
