Due to a recent cancellation, Lou's Place at the Albatros complex in Los Alcázares is now available 24 April to 5 May.

Prices
April £50 per night (for the apartment)
May £55 per night (for the apartment)

Book directly through my website to avoid the extra commission charged by booking sites.

Welcome pack included on arrival with water, milk, bread, butter, cheese or eggs, tea, coffee, sugar, plus a bottle of red and white wine.

Airport transfers can also be arranged
Murcia Airport €50 each way
Alicante Airport €100 each way

Cleaning fee €60 payable on arrival.

Hi everyone 👋
I just wanted to let you know that from 2026, PAUL'S PLACE will no longer accommodate six guests and will now sleep five.

The downstairs bedroom will be updated in March and will become a single bedroom, meaning all three bedrooms will now sleep a total of five people.

I also wanted to share the remaining availability for 2026 below

I’ve had a cancellation so I’ve now got a little bit of availability in Paul’s Place that’s just opened up:

It’s also worth mentioning that Paul’s Place is getting really booked up now, and I’ve only got a small amount of availability left for 2026.

Remaining availability in Paul’s Place:

• 26th February to 4th March
• 27th March to 31st March
• 17th August to 27th August
• 6th September to 12th September
• 27th September to 4th October
• 18th October to 25th October
• 3rd November to 28th November

And just so you know, my 2027 calendar is now open too, and I’ve already had a few bookings for 2027, so if you’d like specific dates I’d definitely recommend booking early.

Take a look at this video from Cartagena 💛
While you’re staying in Los Alcázares, it’s well worth taking the 20-minute drive over to Cartagena — one of the most fascinating cities in the Murcia region.

From the Roman Theatre, ancient city walls and archaeological sites… to the Castillo de la Concepción overlooking the port, Cartagena is packed with history, culture and those gorgeous Mediterranean views.

It’s the kind of place where you can wander through Roman ruins, hop between museums, stroll the marina and finish with tapas in a pretty plaza — all in one afternoon.

Lou's Place has 2 bedrooms and sleeps upto 4.
£75 per night in August and £60 per night in September (this is for the accommodation not per person )
There is an additional 60 euros to pay on arrival for the clean and 10 euros if you would like wifi.
On arrival you will receive a complimentary welcome pack containing water, milk, bread, butter, cheese or eggs, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of red and white wine.
