Day 62 of walking the South West Coast Path for Diabetes UK
We had to make a detour because the Range (military, not homeward) was in use at Lulworth Cove, so we needed to take a diversion.
And if you're gonna take a diversion, why not go somewhere you wanted to check out?
So we headed to Corfe Castle. Which was stunning. And a fairly nice change of scenery (but also, where's the sea?!)

This absolute rollercoaster ended up being one of our favourites walking days.
We'd worried about it for weeks, it's a big tough section, but either we overestimated it or we've somehow become more fit?!
It was still tough, mind. But really enjoyable.
And we saw Durdle Door!

Day 58 of walking the South West Coast Path for Diabetes UK
The Undercliff!
Between Seaton and Lyme Regis is a section of the walk that's been formed from a landslide. A lot of coast path walkers have found it foreboding, claustrophobic and not enjoyable.
But not us! This was an unreal trail! At times, English forest, at times tropical jungle and at one point, Degobah (expecting to raise an X-wing out of that pond) and all in this mad, in-between world. Thoroughly enjoyed this section!
