2 beds (1 single, 1 double) , American kitchen living area, Private garden, pet friendly in Los Cris 5 mins walk from las vistas strip / beach 5 mins from Los cris centre . Opposite new shopping center parque santiago 6 / Direct access to Montana Chayofita from the garden- top floor/ No lift /no pool.

The normal monthly rental is €850, but am offering the property at a much lower rate of €600 with only 1 months deposit rather then the regular 1 and a half, due to the fact we will also be putting the property on the market, so potential tenants should be aware. We will still give 2 months notice if we need to terminate the contract.

Tenants would be willing to take on the contract with the understanding that there can be a max of 2 viewings per week and the property needs to be kept in good order for potential viewings.

property has recently had brand new aluminium doors throughout and new electrics.

Anyone interested- please bare with us, we will be arranging viewings ASAP! This is not for sale at the mo and not listed anywhere! nor do we have anyone contracted to let it, we are looking at our options and getting it valued as may be renovating or selling in the distant future IF we cannot find anyone we like for long term. Anyone that has rented from us can tell you we treat our tenants amazing and would never give less than 3 months notice, for any changes of contract . This works both ways and people situations change.

Our tenants were there "long term " but unfortunately had to go back to the Uk in a hurry. And we understand that! Life happens good and bad.
Now need to come over from the UK to sort it out and meet potential new tenants.

Unlike many on the island we are not time wasters and don't treat people that way nor do we want people like that in our home. If you're looking for a lovely home . Hi everyone thanks for your interest, please note , this is a gorgeous place, but there is no pool, quite a few stairs and the second bedroom is a childs single bedroom.
