If you own a property in Spain that you let out to holidaymakers you are required by law to hold a tourist license. We can obtain this on your behalf for a nominal fee and save you the hassle.

Today we met the tourist license inspector for 2 of our clients and made sure that they fulfilled all the requirements for their rental properties. This service is provided by us as part of the yearly fees we charge.

Tomorrow I will go to the Guardia Civil with all the relevant paperwork on their behalf to obtain a username and password so that guest information can be submitted when their guests check in. This is also a legal requirement. This service is also provided by us as part of the yearly fees we charge.

Just taken on this fabulous front line property for Joanne Linley Wain in Lo Pagan.
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment has the most incredible views over the Mar menor. It has a dedicated underground parking space and a fabulous communal pool. The famous mud baths are within a few metres of the property. Lo Pagan is a lively resort with visitors all year round. There are many bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Arrived at a clients house in Los Narejos today to check on his second home and found this. Fortunately no squatters, which is more of a problem than the mess they made inside.
We informed the owner immediately and phoned the police. They arrived within the hour to record everything and they infromed the fingerprint people. We waited another hour for them to arrive and do their job. After the fingerprint people left we went to the Guardia Civil in Alcazares to make a denuncia on behalf of the owner so that the insurance company could be informed and send a locksmith to repair the door. 2 hours later I got a call from the locksmith and he came to do his repairs.

Everything we did for this client today is included in our yearly fees. We will not be charging him for our time today.

Key holding isn't just keeping a bunch of keys for someone. It's providing peace of mind and being able to help in these situations
