Congratulations to our friends over at Liverpool Cycle Tours Ltd on their 14 year ride! We can personally recommend their fab 🚲 tour in the amazing city of Liverpool! Keep on riding guys!!🚲🚲

Yesterday we turned 14 years old!!!

Started as a side hustle when I didn't get teaching supply work and using Dahon folding bikes I'd found on ebay....

My guide bike was a 20" wheel Dahon Mu Uno with 1 speed and a coaster brake... I was fit in those days and 14 years younger.... I did love that bike though and it was my daily ride too!

14 years later and we have a fleet of matching ebikes bought from Quinns and a great team of guides!

New guides Tom and Morgan are fresh for this year and we also have Robbo and Phil C who are both amazing!

We might see Olivia again in the summer if she can grab time away from her new business .workshop and possibly Cayl too if we get enough bookings in.

It's been a blast over these 14 years and I hope it will last at least another 14 years or more and grow!

✨Then and now: Victoria beer✨
🍺 VICTORIA: The beer that has grown alongside Málaga.
Cervezas Victoria, was founded on September 8th 1928 in Málaga- the day of the patron saint of the city- la virgen de la Victoria. It started out as a small brewery in El Perchel – a neighbourhood on the other side of the River Guadalmedina.
These days, the brand shines brighter than ever with a modern brewery where you can taste, explore, and enjoy. 🍻
Famous for its iconic image — a German tourist holding a Panama hat and mopping his brow in the heat of the Costa del Sol with a cold beer in hand — Victoria quickly became a symbol of relaxation and summer vibes. 🌞🌴
Today you can still see the old-style delivery vans with the distinctive image, stocking up the bars for locals and tourists alike to enjoy the same fresh and smooth taste as always. Salud!

🚲⚡️ Customer inspiration 🔥🚲

Last week, John from Surrey, rented one of our Specialized touring bikes for a bike-packing trip in Andalusia.

Day 1 plan was to ride from Malaga to Alhama de Granada - 77km and 1360m altitude. 😱

TWENTY years ago😅, I bike- packed around Andalusia and passed through Alhama.

On hearing the name Alhama again, I was inspired to revisit it and do the trip on my 2 days off this week.

The photos say it all. Absolutely spectacular scenery 😍 but a SUPER TOUGH climb. 😯

But I made it!! 💪 (Just about!😅)

And now I can personally vouch for our Specialized touring bikes- well & truly up to the job! 🚲

Can't wait for the route back tomorrow- downhill all the way- yeah🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️

Calle Carretería in Málaga is a street with a fascinating past. In the Middle Ages, it was an important route for carts and carriages entering the city. It was also home to many furniture shops.🛍️☀️
