Good morning from Fuengirola.

Definitely not the view I was expecting when I looked out this morning. The sea fret has rolled in and completely changed the skyline.

I’ve lived here long enough to know that no two days are ever the same.

One thing I’ll never get tired of in Fuengirola is the beach.

A morning walk, a coffee on the paseo, or just sitting by the sea watching the world go by.

With 8km of coastline, it’s easy to see why so many people keep coming back.

Great to be at El Río’s 30th anniversary celebration today. 🥂

A huge thank you to Antonio and Ismael for their hospitality and for creating a Restaurant that has been part of so many people’s lives over the years.

I know many of you have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, family meals and special occasions here. What’s your favourite El Río memory?
