🥂 Each route is unique with different local and traditional dishes, regional wines and sherries and a passionate sherpa to accompany you along the route.

🫑 We accept bookings for vegetarian guests and can provide alternatives for intolerances and allergies with prior notice.

🕙 Our tours operate everyday at midday and 6pm.

👨‍🍳On International Croquette Day, 16th January, we are celebrating best serving up this delicious 'Rabo de Toro' version. (oxtail croquette)

😋 Made from the filling, coated in breadcrumbs and sealed with bechamel sauce, traditionally they are a good way to use up left over foods, but now are made from scratch as they are so popular.

🥬 Croquetas are made of infinite combinations, and popular vegetarian ones are made from Spinach or Goats cheese.

🍖 Perhaps the most frequent variety is Croquettes made of Iberian Ham.

🤯 The most original flavour we tasted so far is Cauliflower and White Chocolate croquetas. It sounds odd but they are yummy!
