We were really excited to see Madrid’s famous Retiro Park and Paseo del Prado added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List earlier this week. The two prestigious sites are always a must-see for any visitor to the Spanish capital with the 350-acre Retiro providing the ideal retreat to cool down in the summer heat and the 16th-century Paseo del Prado home to world-class museums, the iconic Plaza de Cibeles, and most recently the Mandarin Oriental Ritz.
