Hola futuros madrileños!
Are you coming to Madrid soon and don’t know where to put your feet on the first step?
There is a place where you can stay to settle your head on those first days...It’s called L.O.C.A.L (Landscape Of Cocrodiles Asocial in Liberty) and is willing to welcome you.
Three people live there, three students who would offer you a room (bed, wardrove and a nice student table), any information about Madrid that you want to know (probably invented) and tonels of beers to walk all around Madrid.
This random flat is located in Ronda de Segovia, 2 minutes from La Latina metro, in the very center of Madrid, and surrounded by green!
We offer the room for 1 or 2 week period, the price is always flexible but for sure lower than any hostel. Is a place yo stay meeting people, during the time you need to be looking for a flat or to live the place from the inside if you come as a tourist.
