A wonderful experience in the heart of the Asturias! 🧀💚
I visited a traditional quesería where I discovered how Queso de Cabrales is produced and then aged inside natural caves in the Picos de Europa. The visit ended with a tasting of two Cabrales cheeses, aged for 4 and 10 months—a fascinating way to appreciate how maturation changes their flavor and character.
And, of course, the breathtaking Mirador de Sotres was part of the experience too! ⛰️
A perfect combination of tradition, taste and spectacular landscapes. 🇪🇸✨

Sometimes a journey gives you more than just places — it gives you perspective.
Exploring the Basque coast (Spain) has been one of those experiences I’ll carry with me for a long time. From the breathtaking path leading to the small church of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, standing strong against the waves, to the surreal rock formations of the Flysch cliffs in Zumaia, where time itself feels visible in every layer of stone… every stop told a different story.
And then Hondarribia — colorful, vibrant, full of life — the perfect ending to a journey shaped by nature, history, and culture.
Grateful for every step, every view, and every moment that reminded me how powerful it is to simply explore.

🌿 Exploring the Flora of Tenerife 🌺
An island that never stops amazing me!
During my trip, I came across some natural wonders that make Tenerife truly unique:
🌳 The Millenary Dragon Tree – a timeless guardian, majestic and full of history.
🍇 Coccoloba uvifera – with its grape-like clusters and large, beautiful leaves that seem painted by nature.
🌸 Calliandra – a red, fluffy burst of delicate filaments, almost like a tiny firework.
🍌 Tenerife’s famous bananas – small, sweet, and full of character, just like the island itself.
A blend of colors, scents, and shapes that tells the story of the Canary Islands’ wild and magical nature. 🌴✨
