In 2024, Spain welcomed 515,000 visitors from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. 🛬

⬆️ That’s an 18% increase compared to the previous year.

According to Spain.info, these countries have strong potential and a high standard of living, with an average tourist spend of around €2,500 per trip. The strength of outbound tourism from this region was clearly visible at FITUR, and we hope to see the presence of the Middle East continue to grow at .

The new Knowledge Hub will host FITUR TechY, FITUR Know-How & Export, FITUR Sports, the FITURNEXT Observatory, and the Travel Technology area, with hundreds of sessions led by top industry experts.
