Dynamic & Partners counts with two co-owners, Mercedes IIlana and Juan A. Casas, both with extensive experience in the luxury hotel and DMC industry. They have strong backgrounds in and understandings of corporate service and destination management, and in 1996 they merge their collective strengths to form a partnership. Our goal is to employ our knowledge of the destinations, our creative staff a
nd resources in the travel industry to deliver high-standard, successful, first-class destination management and added values to all of our clients. Large enough to handle any size of group we remained deliberately small enough to provide the exceptionally personal service on which our reputation has been built. Though technically we are a small business we boldly think big when it comes to provide creative solutions to our customers.
