The first workshop of the week at Garden of Lemons was a great success — full of joy, yoga, laughter and new connections. 🌿

Between yoga sessions with Birgitte Aaselund, there was time for eating, for hikes, swimming in the pool, reading books and simply enjoying each other’s company.

A beautiful few days together in the garden. 🍋

Cold enough to take your breath away — and a perfect reminder of what yoga teaches us: breathe, be present, let go. 🌿

Beginning of September in Andalusia 🌿

After a long, hot summer, the gardens and surrounding nature are slowly coming back to life. The light feels softer, the earth is beginning to breathe again, and flowers are blooming among the recovering greenery. Pepe is preparing the olive trees while we work in the garden, getting everything ready for the new season.

Soon, groups will be arriving mainly from Scandinavia for yoga, watercolour painting, philosophy and hiking and cooking — days of movement, creativity, reflection and time outdoors. #

A weekend off in the Sherry Triangle — Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María & Cádiz. 🍷🌊

Old-school Andalusian culture meets new culinary thinking, from the fascinating fish market to our beloved restaurant La Carboná. Add Atlantic swims, great food and a beautiful walk through the Andalusian landscape on the way home.

A weekend off — although, looking at the programme, “off” might be stretching it. 😉
