Just wrapped up an Epic trip to Costa Rica! Costa Rica is our newest trip that we are offering. We began our journey in San Jose. We had a beautiful five course meal then set off for Arenal the following day.

The hotel, Amor Arenal, was beyond beautiful. We each had our own
plunge pool on our deck overlooking the volcano. The food and service was exquisite.

The riding was fantastic! Our guide Enrique, who is also a naturalist took us deep into the jungle where we discovered sloths, exotic birds, and a waterfall! One day we had the chance to move cattle- which was so much fun- and be cowgirls for the day 😍

I’ll be revealing dates for next year soon, so stay tuned!

Come with me on a trip of a lifetime to Menorca, Spain!

Menorca is a small island off the coast of Spain and is known for many things including the Menorcan Horse- a rare Iberian breed. I started bringing these magnificent horses to America three years ago, and make an annual pilgrimage to visit them every year.

This trip offers a unique opportunity to stay at one of the nicest properties on the island- Son Felipe. This is where we will stay as do alot of our riding!

The island is strikingly beautiful and reminds me of something from the Lord of the Rings. The landscape is lush and serves as one of the biggest producers of dairy products- which we will sample as well as other Menorcan Specialties, and of course, wine.

This trip is a nice mix of riding on different parts of the Cami de Cavalis which is the trail that goes around the island. It was originally built to patrol the island when it was under constant threat of being attacked. We will also have the opportunity to go to the the main show barn- Son Martorellet and take lessons on some of the show stallions.

Ride Dine and Dine Dream Trips!

I have spots open in both the Menorca and Portugal trips! These trips are back to back and could be done together.

Both are trips of a lifetime! In both locations, we stay in beautiful accommodations, and not only go on epic trail rides, but have lessons both in Portugal and Menorca on Schoolmasters!

While we are in Portugal, it is the Grape Harvest, so there will be lots of special activities surrounding that including some wine tastings at some of the most beautiful vineyards in the region.

I only take a maximum of 9 travelers to make this an exclusive, boutique experience.

Two Spots Left!!!

Come Join me for Ride Wine and Dine’s Dream Trip Under the Tuscan Sun!
Anyone who went on the trip to Italy with me last year, would tell you that it couldn’t get any better, but this trip is going to be even better!
Spend a week in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. We will start our trip outside of Florence at the beautiful villa, Casetta, which is run and owned by Xenia Lemos. She is the quintessential hostess. This will be our base for the next couple of days as we visit the Antinori Winery, the Badia a Passignano Abbey, Florence, and go truffle hunting!
From there, we will travel deeper into Tuscany to the Villa/Winerary Cosmiano. The villa is the home of Sean and John Paul. These gentleman have beautifully restored the villa, the vineyard, and are producing some of the most amazing wines in Tuscany! We will stay in a newly remodeled area of the villa in beautifully appointed suites. This will be our base for the remainder of the trip. It is very close to where we will be riding everyday- Alterreno which is owned by one of my good friends that I went to Parelli school with over twenty years ago- Angelika Schnieder. Angelika’s horses are amazing, and she will not only lead us on some beautiful trail rides, but also take us into a deep dive of Classical Riding and how it works so well with natural horsemanship.
Of course, we will have lots of time for yoga, time to unwind, and eat out at some amazing places!

Come and join me for an Amazing Trip to Portugal!!!

Join me October 23-30th for a life time trip to Portugal. This is NOT a big box trip. This is a small group- 9 max- and as anyone who has done any of my trips, will tell you it is a perfect balance of riding, dining and exploring the culture of the area.

This is a very special trip. We will be arriving the week of the grape harvest in Ponte De Lima, and will have the opportunity to explore the activities involved in preparing the grapes for the vino!!!! In addition, we will ride with a Master Instructor on high level dressage horses. This is a chance to experience upper level movements on a schoolmaster.

In addition to the lessons, we will go on two breathtaking trail rides through the forest as well as to the beach.

We will also visit a famous winery, go to wine tastings,have some AMAZING food, go on some lovely walking tours of Porto and Ponte de Lima with a private guided...and of course, stay in beautiful accommodations. The town that we will be based out of- Ponte De Lima- is the oldest village in Portugal. It is truly like something out of a fairy tale!
