Casa Tranquilo is situated in the enchanting village of Mijas in the lowlands of the Sierra de Mijas mountain range and is surrounded by pine forest.

Everything you could need or want is located in this charming traditional white washed Spanish village. There are numerous restaurants, something to suit all tastes and activities for all. The magic of this village is infectious, we have yet to find anyone who did not enjoy it.

The nearest beach is a 15 minute bus ride away or 10 mins by car. Malaga airport is a 25 min drive or can be reached by bus and train in approximately 50 mins. There is no need for car rental unless you want to explore further a field.

The property has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room area. It is situated in a traditional development with cobbled streets, built into the side of the mountain. There is a community pool with sun loungers available.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUEST

The property is accessed through a key lock device. Check in is a 2pm and you need to vacate the property at 10am the morning of departure. Where possible we will try and accommodate early check in and later departure dates. Please email to request if required. The property is in a residential area where many people live, please respect this by keeping the level of noise down late in the evening. When you leave, please take all your rubbish with you and leave the property the way you found it. There is absolutely no smoking in the property. Please note due to legislation copies of passport of anyone over the age of 18 must be provided.

How to get there
The nearest airport to the property is Malaga airport. A taxi from the airport will cost around 40 euros during the day and at 50 euros at night. You can also take the train from the airport to Fuengirola, this takes about 30 minutes and cost less than 2 euros. A M122 bus from the bus station will then take you to the village for about 1.5 euros. If you don´t fancy the bus, a taxi from the station will cost about 15 euros. Uber and Bolt are available via your app as well.
