Into the olive groves and lowland goat pasture for Birgir today on a cool, some would say 'cold' morning. Another handy 16km ticked off. Lots of capers, chickory and field of baby sunflowers to be seen! 🌻🫒🌳🏃

A big day out for Birgir and Linda on the trails and into the mountains with plenty of hard climbs and downhills under the Andalucian sun. There were ibex, a refreshing paddle in the river and cool drinks at the bar to finish! 😃🌻🍉🍺🐐⛰️

Morning out at the races for Nicky, taking on the 10km VIII Carrera de la Cereza, Castillo de Locubin, and experiencing the buzz of a Spanish race.

Sadly there was no luck in the cherry raffle for the guys, but they had a fun time on the mixed road/ trail route. 🍒🍒🍒🙌👏💪

A cracking Day 2 for Nicky, heading through ancient oak woodland, pasture and giant grasses around Sierra Madrid, before dropping into Illora for a quick pit-stop and on to Puerto Lope past a shepherd grazing his sheep and goats. A handy 18km on the trails!

A cracker of a route with Myriam today! We headed out onto flower-clad hillsides, skirted through ancient olive groves and followed an ancient drover's track back to our starting point. Glorious blue and sunny skies.

Big day out for SJ & Paul today - 25km and 1,200m+ across mountains, olive groves and through pine woodland, with a crafty bar stop off on the climb home. We saw a bouquet of spring flowers, found a spot of mud, and spotted boar.

A blustery day for a hike onto the Parapanda - the highest point around. There was also a sprinkling of snow on the north face. The views are worth it though!

Yesterday was a day of rolling runnable hills for Bridget, as she went from Moclin to Alcala la Real. Steph decided to rest up as an ITB was getting tight and spent the day crewing, sipping coffee and nipping around the shops in Alcala 👌👏 A great day in sun! 🌞
