Sharing for a friend — this beautiful one-bedroom apartment is for sale on Las Terrazas de la Torre. ☀️🏌️

Terrazas has such a lovely vibe about it at the moment, especially with the recent investment in the golf course from UGOLF. ⛳️

There’s also the recently opened Lola’s Café & Bar serving really lovely tapas and coffee ☕️🥘, and I’ve had a nosey at the new gym which looks fantastic, with all the latest equipment (pics in comments!) 🏋️

This isn’t something I’d normally post on the page, but the sale is a very personal one for my friend. The apartment has been part of so many happy memories and we both hope it now becomes a place where someone else can make memories too. ❤️

If you’re heading into Murcia tonight, here’s the simple plan 👇

⏰ What’s happening & when
• 17:00–19:00 → City starts filling up
• 20:00 → 🎭 Main parade begins (floats, costumes, music)
• 22:30–23:30 → Parade still moving through centre
• 00:00 → 🔥 Burning of the sardine
• After → 🎆 Fireworks finale

🎉 Expect:
Confetti, sweets thrown from floats, huge crowds, and a proper party atmosphere

🚗 Parking & transport tips (important!)
• Best option → park south of the river
• Areas near Cuartel de Artillería or Jardín del Malecón
• Easy escape via Ronda Sur
• Avoid driving into: Gran Vía / Glorieta / city centre

🚆 Alternative:
• Park at Parking Saba Estación Murcia (24h)
• Walk 10–15 mins into the city

🐕 With a dog?
• Enjoy early evening
• Leave before midnight (fireworks are VERY loud)

👉 Tip: Don’t chase “closer parking” — it’s how you get stuck
