This stylish 2 bedroom ground floor apartment has fabulous views across the golf course and is a stones throw away from the communal pool. Sleeping up to 6 persons in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the glazed terrace, this is ideal for both families and golfers alike. Please note that there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 single beds. The sleeper couch is in the enclosed secure terrace but there are no window blinds, so only suitable for kids.
The property has a good size lounge, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and an over bath shower. There is a beautiful large glass curtained terrace with a stylish L-Shape leather sofa and a dining table and chairs seating 6, the glass curtains can be opened in the summer months but can provide protection in the cooler winter months.

La Terrazes Golf resort has a Supermarket, Childrens Play Areas, 24 Hour Security, Club House, Golf Shop and several communal swimming pools. Golf Practice Facilities (Driving Range, Putting Green..) WiFi zones and many communal landscaped gardens and various Restaurants & Bars close by.
The Jack Nicklaus designed course is a par 72 measuring 5,938 metres (6,531 yards) from the yellow tees which is relatively short by modern standards but is ideal for resort and society golf. Unusually the course is very lightly bunkered has only two lakes but one of these measure some six hectares in size and plays a strategic role on a number of key holes which wrap themselves around this vast expanse of water. While being promoted as a desert style course by the designer it actually gives a links feel with many of the holes snaking between dunes with rolling fairways and undulating greens. The par 5 holes all measure under 480 metres and so are reachable for the longer hitters wanting to give the ball a belly wobbler but danger lurks for the errant shot particularly on the opening hole. The course greens are undulating, elevated and with many run off areas on the aprons making it an interesting challenge.
Terrazas de La Torre is only 15 Km from the best beaches of the Mar Menor, and half way between these beaches and the city of Murcia. This makes it an ideal location for exploring everything the Region of Murcia has to offer, including the El Valle Nature Reserve which is only a few kilometres from the resort.
