We purchased the villa in 2017 and renovated it to suit a relaxed and chilled out way of living/enjoying your holiday all year round with plenty of space inside the property to accommodate 6 people and plenty of external space complete with 6 sun-loungers and parasol on artificial grass, a small (6mtr x 4mtr) heated swimming pool, a large dining table with umbrella shade, a chill out area with sofa and chairs; ideal for sipping cocktails and relaxing in the Mediterranean sun, a built in BBQ and roof terrace.

The property has free WI-FI and internet connection with smart TV’s in the living room and 2 bedrooms.

Villa Emma is situated just a short distance from Nerja town center with the Balcon de Europa and famous Burriana beach.

Distance to Balcon de Europa - 25 minutes leisurely walk / 8 minutes drive with plenty of parking available
